   • This meeting will typically take 1 hour.

2. Detailed Proposal:

   • After the on-site visit, we'll prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, materials to be used, and estimated costs.

   • The proposal will also include detailed inspection photos of your property so the proposal and recommended solution is easy to understand.

   • The proposal will be tailored to your specific needs, ensuring clarity and transparency.

3. Discussion and Clarification:

   • Once the proposal is ready, we'll schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss its details.

   • The proposal will include a Good, Better, Best quote so the homeowner is able to make the best decision for them.

   • This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, seek clarification, and provide any additional input or modifications to the project.

4. Agreement and Contract Signing:

   • Upon mutual agreement on the proposal terms, we'll proceed to finalize the contract.

   • The contract will outline the agreed-upon scope of work, payment schedule, project timeline, and other relevant terms and conditions.

5. Project Kickoff:

   • After the contract is signed and all necessary permits are obtained, we'll schedule the project and notify the homeowner of the timeline.

   • This is an opportunity for the homeowner to ask any last minute questions or clarify any project logictics.

6. Ongoing Communication:

   • Throughout the project, we maintain open lines of communication to keep you updated on progress, address any concerns, and ensure your satisfaction.

   • You'll have direct access to the project consultant and owner throughout the project.

7. Quality Assurance and Completion:

   • At Maverick Construction, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship.

   • A Maverick employee will conduct a thorough Quality control inspection of the property at the conclusion of the work being completed.

   • Upon completion of the project, we'll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.

   • Any necessary touch-ups or adjustments will be promptly addressed to ensure your complete satisfaction.

8. Follow-Up and Feedback:

   • After the project is completed, we'll follow up with you to gather feedback on your experience with Maverick Construction.
