Large home in Minnetonka. Garage fire on Thanksgiving Day destroyed the garage and sooted the entire interior of the house. Maverick rebuilt the garage, restored the house and the family celebrated Christmas in their home.
A lightning strike burned the roof off a new house the night before the Parade of Homes. The fire department sprayed enough water to fill the basement to ceiling. Maverick rebuilt it in 90 days.
A violent natural gas explosion at neighboring home blew the windows in and incinerated the interior. You can see the pile of rubble that once was the neighbors' house.
